Open Educational Materials of the sustainability-focused Project-Based Learning (PBL) experience implemented in the Master’s Degree in Project Management, as part of the Managing the Project Team Course, at SUT.

The challenge asked students to address real-world problems within the academic environment, including student participation and integration, parking, and sustainable mobility. Working in teams, the objective was to develop and justify practical solutions while applying project team management principles, including role allocation, communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and adaptation to change, and integrating the SDGs and social, ethical, and environmental considerations into the project planning and implementation process.
